Head Coach and Girl's Director: Lotty Lawrence
Charlotte Lawrence--Lotty for short--was born 14/11/1989 in Milden, England, and has two sisters and two brothers. She started playing lacrosse at age 11 at St. Mary's Calne where she played county level for two years. Lotty was the captain of her team at Ampleforth College before playing at Manchester University where she studied History of Art and graduated in 2012. A native of Suffolk, England Lotty has been playing lacrosse for 14 years. Before moving to Bogota, Colombia to coach lacrosse full time, Lotty worked as a chef and teacher. Lotty is the Women’s Program Director for Colombia Lacrosse and will be the Head Coach of the U19 Girls National Team as well as school teams. She has been coaching in Colombia for a year.

Assistant Coach: Anna Salemo
Anna Salemo grew up playing lacrosse in Littleton, Colorado, USA. She started in second grade and continued to play competitively for 11 more years. In addition to playing varsity at Heritage High School and competing with Team 180 Club, Anna made the U19 United States National Team in 2010. Unfortunately she had to medically retire in 2011, her freshman year at Stanford University. Even though Anna cannot play anymore, she has stayed involved in lacrosse through coaching. Since 2009, she has coached elementary, middle, and high school teams, camps, and clinics in both Colorado and California. Currently, Anna is the head junior varsity coach and assistant varsity coach at Mountain View High School in California. This is her first year working with the Colombia Lacrosse Association.
